7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If AI Founder Lab is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions below.
To request a refund, email us at info@revoice.co.za from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paddle and typically take 5 to 10 business days to reach you.
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be received within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, based on the transaction timestamp recorded by Paddle.
- The request must be submitted by email from the address on the account. We cannot process requests submitted by third parties or from unrelated email addresses.
- You must not have downloaded more than 50% of the PDF modules and downloadable resources included with your plan. Accounts that have completed the majority of the course material are not eligible for a refund.
- You must not have previously received a refund from AI Founder Lab on this or any other product. The guarantee applies once per customer.
- The guarantee does not apply to accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to account sharing, redistribution of course content, or scraping.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, your refund eligibility is waived and your account may be permanently closed.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. We cannot transfer refunds to a different card, account, or payment provider.
- Purchases made with promotional codes, bundle discounts, or partner offers may be excluded from the guarantee where the offer terms state so. This will be disclosed at checkout.
After the 7-day window, or for any purchase that does not meet the conditions above, all sales are final and no further refunds will be issued.
Course Purchases (One-Time)
One-time course purchases grant lifetime access to all course content, including future updates. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions above. After 7 days, the sale is final.
Subscriptions (Monthly)
Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
For your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days, subject to the terms and conditions above. After the 7-day window, or for subsequent billing cycles, no refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
How to Cancel a Subscription
- Log in to your account and go to Settings.
- Click Cancel Subscription under your billing section.
- Alternatively, email us at info@revoice.co.za and we will cancel it for you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Updates apply to purchases made after the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Existing customers are covered by the policy in effect at the time of their purchase.
